The House of Fantastic Jewelry opened in 1986, the yr Gaia Repossi was born. It's nestled at 6 Place Vendôme. In 2016, the inventive director determined to rethink the boutique as a singular piece of excessive jewellery. She entrusted the design to Rem Koolhaas and the firm OMA. As together with her creations, she breaks with the normal conventions of jewellery. The 90 m2 flagship is split into three areas: the street aspect, the gallery, and the lounge. The first flooring presents an initial immersion into the shop. The second flooring is like an artwork gallery, the place the valuable jewels of the Italian brand, primarily in gold, diamonds, and emeralds, are displayed. The basement is organized as an intimate area and provides a customized service to its clients. Each bit is made of bizarre and unconventional materials, like the creations of Gaia Repossi. Colorful mirrors have been created by Dutch designer Sabine Marcelis. The staircase has been coated with aluminum. Motion is the important thing phrase of the venture; the wall of the first flooring has been elaborated as a big rotating billboard with three sides: a bronze-colored mirror, a basic mirror, and a show system designed in collaboration with the home Goppion. This virtually futuristic area makes the visitor lose all sense of time, letting the Repossi jewels shine.
