The 10AM Lofts area blossomed within the thoughts of designer Eva Papadaki five years ago, when she came across this 1970s industrial constructing for sale within the fashionable Gazi district of Athens. Her concept? To comply with the effervescence of the neighborhood and create a spot for sharing, conducive to creation.

Surrounded by the Barcelona studio Andrew Trotter and the Greek structure studio Gavalas – Ioannidou, the founder acquired the building and reworked the place into a real house. A haven of peace and quiet. Photograph studio, filming location, occasion area, workplaces. The six flooring of the constructing are thus imagined in a different way to welcome all types of artistic individuals and their practices. Whereas holding the original industrial parts, the trio tried to create three distinct volumes by enjoying with the composition of the area and a ornament mixing design and antique pieces. The 2 decrease flooring have been designed to be uncooked and clear, bathed in a shaft of sunshine that performs with supplies reminiscent of concrete and terrazzo flooring. The first area is multi-functional, with a large kitchen that can be utilized for occasions or workplaces, entire or divided.

As for the 2 ranges above, they are introduced as inhabited flats with minimalist decoration. Vibrant, these lofts, the place the concrete is revealed by warm colors, are completely suited to photographic needs and supply a recent view of the Greek capital. 10AM Lofts is a spot that requires creation, punctuated by the passage of artistic individuals and the continual motion of the Gazi district.
