Twenty thousand leagues underneath New York. That’s the thought behind the superb Lamia’s Fish Market restaurant, which opened in 2019 in Brooklyn. Two years of labor have been mandatory to provide life to this titanic handle, unfold over three ranges, providing several tasting areas, all following the same guideline: a maritime overdose. Octopus in fresco, rock wall minimize in the aquatic style, shell mirror – the immersion is successful. We taste there, decor obliging, seafood and different iodized dishes ready by the chef, Alan Vargas. Lobsters, octopus, oysters … actual delights of the sea with, as a bonus, the chance to escape, because of the exotic environment.
