Halfway between the Sacré Coeur and the vigorous streets of Pigalle, chef Senda David Waguena gives an initiatory journey that mixes the totally different cultures that he embodies: Togolese touches first, in reference to his nation of origin, but in addition Italian notes – he lived in Venice, from where he brought again a passion for seafood and the recipe for an unimaginable tiramisu – and a few Japanese references. The cocktails, made with selfmade syrups, lastly reveal the chef’s full artistic palette.
